A designer of financial architecture: someone who treats the ownership structure of the company, the individual and the family as a single drawing. For more than a decade he has worked on the finances of founders and their families in both Japan and China.

Why he founded SEISEI

The better the entrepreneur, the more likely the pattern: individual tax techniques and ad-hoc moves accumulate, and everything appears to work. But there is no coherent structure underneath. When the tax code is amended, when an audit begins, when succession becomes real, when residence moves across a border — only then does it become clear that what was built was an assortment, not a structure.

The cause is not an absence of advisors. It is the opposite. The tax accountant optimises tax, the lawyer optimises law, the bank optimises funding — each within their own boundary. What is missing is a designer who works across finance, tax, law and systems and takes responsibility for the structure as a whole. SEISEI was founded to fill that gap.

What he does

Diagnose

Before any remedy is proposed, examine the structure as it actually stands across the company, the individual and the family. A proposal without a verifiable legal basis is not a proposal.

Design

Draw ownership, control, cash flow, taxation, succession and governance as one structure rather than six separate answers.

Coordinate

Hold the tax accountant, lawyer, judicial scrivener and bank to a single plan. Statutory work in execution is performed by the licensed professionals.

What he does not do

He does not prepare or submit tax returns, act as a tax agent, or give tax consultation, as those are reserved under Article 2 of Japan’s Certified Tax Accountant Act. Registration and other statutory work is likewise handled by partner licensed professionals. He also does not sell financial products and is not tied to the interests of any financial institution — a deliberate boundary, so that the only thing proposed is the structure that is right for the client.
